How to Get the Dinosaur Egg and All Pets in Grow a Garden?

Your complete guide to finding the elusive Dinosaur Egg, hatching all available pets, and understanding their powerful abilities.

Part 1: Obtaining Your First Dinosaur Egg

The Dinosaur Egg is a key item that unlocks the powerful pet system. There are two primary methods to get your hands on one.

Method A: Digging in the Prehistoric Area
The most common, but luck-based method.

Travel to the Prehistoric Area. Once there, start digging! There is a 1% chance to find a Dinosaur Egg with each dig. It might take some time and patience, but this is the most direct way to find one.

Method B: Prehistoric Quest Station
The guaranteed, but costly method.

If luck isn't on your side, you can purchase a Dinosaur Egg directly. Head over to the Prehistoric Quest Station and speak with the NPC, Blaire. You can buy an egg for 1,500 Quest Points.

Part 2: Hatching Your Pets

Once you have a Dinosaur Egg, it's time for the exciting part! Head to the DNA Station and find the NPC named Graham.

Your first pet is free! Graham will hatch your first egg at no additional cost, giving you one of the common pets to start your journey.

For all subsequent pets, you must bring Graham another Dinosaur Egg. Each egg will hatch into a random pet from the list. You cannot choose which pet you get, so collecting them all is part of the fun!
